Although most of Cindy’s days are focused on training or teaching and ways to become better at both, she enjoys painting and running and spending time with her Husband Gary and dog Mia. Stephen Bradley

Stephen Bradley is one of the most recognized eventers in the world, holding titles shared by only a select group of American riders.

This Olympian won England’s prestigious Land Rover Burghley CCI4*, becoming one of only two Americans to do so. His mentor, Bruce Davidson, won the title 23 years prior! Stephen also won Canada’s Checkmate International CCI3* an unprecedented three times in a row. He is a two-time Pan American Games Gold medalist and was named Equestrian Athlete of the Year by the U.S. Olympic Committee. He is a Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event Champion, and Stephen has been named to one U.S. Olympic team, one World Equestrian Games (WEG) team, and has been short listed for 3 out of 5 U.S. World Equestrian Games teams, and 4 out of 5 U.S. Olympic teams.

Morgana McGrath

Morgan McGrath is an Intermediate/3* level rider from the Netherlands who currently calls Charles Town, West Virginia home. Morgan is focused on competing her horses and pursuing her long-term goals of representing her country on the international stage while also being a full-time student. She earned her undergraduate degree from Princeton University in East Asian Studies with a minor in Linguistics where she graduated magna cum laude and is currently pursuing her master’s degree at Georgetown University in the MASIA program. Morgan has worked for Windchase Eventing as a working student for 6 years and has had the opportunity to train consistently with some of the best riders in the USA.

Morgan grew up all over the place; from California, to New Jersey, to the Netherlandsand more, but always was close with her mother who was on the US Equestrian team for endurance horse racing. Although she thought she wanted to be a figure skater for many years as a child and competed on the Dutch Junior team, her real passion was always the horses. Although it took her a little while to realize it since she didn’t want to do what her mom did, that was super uncool. Before coming to the only logical conclusion, she dabbled in dressage as a kid, but her true passion for horses wasn’t found until she discovered the sport of 3 Day Eventing. She saw the LRK3DE in 2014 and has been hooked ever since.

Although Morgan’s life as an event rider is perhaps not the most conventional, the path she has taken has taught her hard work, dedication, and most importantly tenacity. Morgan is focused on improving her riding and doing the best she and her horses can while still enjoying the journey, wherever it may take them. She loves working with a company like Equestly because she has found support in like-minded, passionate, and hardworking people who encourage her dreams and goals no matter how impossible they may seem.

Anthony Forrest

Anthony is one of eight brothers, three of whom were born with severe disabilities. At a very young age, Anthony would accompany his brothers at their therapeutic riding lessons each week. It was then that his love for horses was born.

Years later, Anthony was enrolled in the Middleburg Orange County Pony Club where he earned his HB certification and later his B certification with Loudoun Hunt Pony Club. As a proud Pony Clubber, Anthony often teaches clinics and ratings to various centers.

Growing up with special needs brothers, Anthony loved working with the disabled and experienced the altruistic benefit horses provided to those with special needs. As the youngest certified bronze level USEF Para-dressage coach in the country, Anthony combines both his love for competitive sport and working with disabled athletes in the sport of dressage.

Outside of coaching, Anthony has established himself at the top levels in both Eventing and dressage as an FEI CCI3* event rider, Prix St. Georges dressage rider and USDF Silver Medalist. Anthony also competes in show jumping and is a member of both Middleburg and Piedmont Fox Hounds.

Anthony has loved joining the Equestly team as the company not only masters the art of quality and comfort in equestrian wear but is also American-owned and operated by fellow equestrians striving for gold.

Martin Douzant

Martin knew at a young age that he would dedicate his life to horsemanship. By middle school, Martin’s evident talents secured him a place in Sport Études de Castelnaudary, the illustrious equestrian high school in Toulouse. In college, Martin specialized in business management for sporting enterprises. He simultaneously earned France’s official BEES First Degree certification, the essential French riding instructor certification. Martin then moved to Scotland to work for and train under Olympic medalist and eventing legend Ian Stark.

Upon his return to France in 2009, Martin opened the doors of The Frame Sport Horses, a business focusing on young horse development. He scoured the breeding farms of Europe to find young, talented horses that he could develop at the start of their careers. Martin realized the need for well-bred, well-trained European horses in the United States.

Rachel Lawson

Rachel Lawson is an FEI upper level event rider based in Millwood, VA. Rachel has been on the back of a horse before she could even walk, starting on her own pony at just 2 years old and never took her sight off that path. Horses have always been the most familiar and natural thing in her life, and she has always known from an early age that working with horses was what she was meant to do.

Rachel began her path to pursue a professional career with a little buckskin mare. Standing at just 14.3 HH, together they became an FEI pair. Rachel then found her current, incredible partner as a challenging, young, little 4 yo OTTB, High Tide “Kai”, who she has brought all the way up the levels to where they are now, with AEC qualifications, and a top 10 3* finish in her pocket. Looking towards a 4* 2023 season, it’s all just the beginning of an exciting journey to continue with the pair setting their sights on the 5* competition stage!

Rachel also started her own business “Rachel Lawson Eventing” this year and has a wonderful team behind her. Rachel loves working with horses and understanding their individual minds, with a lot of emphasis on natural horsemanship ground work. She puts a lot of importance on creating a common language between horse and rider, to better their partnerships both on and off the ground.

As well as her love for training horses, teaching is also a passion, and she thrives off of helping others. Nothing brings her more joy than to see her students learn through “light bulb” moments, positivity, hard work, and determination. Like anything with horses, it’s about the journey, not the destination!
